Registration Process
First, choose your specific package – including the type of business licence, legal entity and facility you prefer.
- Complete an application form, including details about the contact person, the nature of the intended business activities and the required RAK FTZ products and services.
- Depending on the project profile and the package you have selected, you will be required to submit supporting documentation, such as bank references, passport(s) and other legal documents.
- To finalise the application, payment must be duly processed.
- After obtaining a business licence, you can apply for the approved number of visas and commence business activities in the RAK FTZ.

Complete the FZC Application Forms
Fill Forms and save on your hard drive. Print, and sign all forms.
Submit Application and Required Documents
Submit scanned copy of all the required forms and documents. APPLY NOW
Required Registration documents:
- Designated Non-Financial Businesses And Professions (DNFBP) form
- Copy of passport(s) of investor, manager (if applicable), and director (if applicable)
- Copy of stamped bank statement or letter from investor(s)
Additional documents required in certain cases:
- No-objection Certificate (NOC) from sponsor if holding UAE residence visa
- Detailed Application Form (only for industrial activity)
- Detailed Project Report (only for industrial licence)
- Diploma/Academic Degree in the requested activity is required for the manager (only for consultancy licence)
- Appointment Letter for the manager, if the manager is different from the investor
Pay Fees
Pay lease, registration, Licence and processing fees.
Complete FZE Requirements
Get Legal Docs, Certificate of Formation and bank letter. Open a bank account, and Submit a bank statement.
Required documents:
- Originals of all submitted documents are required for verification.
Receive License and Lease.
Receive your business license and lease dead, and open your business.
Start VISA Process
Start your visa process, Emirates I.D., etc.
