New version of KODI Launched


Kodi is available as a native application for AndroidLinuxMac OS XiOS (iDevices and Apple TV 2), and Windows operating systems, running on most common processor architectures. A small overview of the features can be found on our about page. For each platform, we offer a stable and development release(s). For normal users we recommend installing the stable releases.

By downloading and installing these packages or compiling from source code you agree with our general trademark policy.

Nightly builds are made on a daily basis and contain the most recent changes. These should be considered unstable for daily usage and should only be used for to help us find possible issues to provide more stable monthly builds and in the end a stable final release.
Be sure to read the following pages before trying these out:

Quality assurance testing
Only for the brave. You could expect breakage when running these builds which can be downloaded from here:

Please note, we do not support or accept bug reports for releases before version 14.x. While we do not recommend using old builds, should you need to download them you can access those builds here:

Stable release sources are available here. Current development is done in our git repository. The source can be viewed online at github or cloned:
$ git clone git://github.com/xbmc/xbmc.git
